كيف تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك

  1. افتح اللعبة، واذهب إلى الإعدادات، وانسخ «رقم اللاعب».
  2. أرسل رسالة إلى 105gamesps@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف بياناتي — Convoy Blast»، واكتب فيها رقم اللاعب (أو اسم حسابك في Google Play Games إن لم تستطع فتح اللعبة).
  3. نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • حسابك في اللعبة (حساب Firebase) وارتباطه بـ Google Play Games.
  • نسخة الحفظ السحابية (تقدّمك وعملاتك وترقياتك).
  • أي تقارير مشاكل أرسلتها.

ما الذي قد يبقى

  • إحصاءات وتقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية، تُحذف تلقائياً حسب مدة الاحتفاظ لدى Google (تقارير الأعطال حتى 90 يوماً).
  • سجلات المشتريات لدى Google Play، لأنها تخضع لقوانين المحاسبة لدى Google.

⚠ الحذف نهائي: لا يمكن استرجاع التقدّم بعده. المشتريات التي تمّت لا تُسترد بسبب الحذف.

حذف اللعبة من جهازك يمسح البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز فقط، ولا يحذف النسخة السحابية.

How to request deletion of your account and data

  1. Open the Game, go to Settings and copy your Player ID.
  2. Email 105gamesps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data — Convoy Blast" and include your Player ID (or your Google Play Games name if you cannot open the Game).
  3. We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

  • Your game account (Firebase account) and its link to Google Play Games.
  • Your cloud save (progress, currencies, upgrades).
  • Any problem reports you sent.

What may remain

  • Anonymous statistics and crash reports, deleted automatically under Google's retention periods (crash reports up to 90 days).
  • Purchase records held by Google Play, which are subject to Google's accounting obligations.

⚠ Deletion is permanent: progress cannot be recovered afterwards. Past purchases are not refunded because of deletion.

Uninstalling the Game erases only the data stored on your device; it does not delete the cloud copy.
