We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for your personal entertainment. The Game and its content remain the property of 105GAMES.

2. Virtual items

In-game currencies and items (such as cogs) have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a license for use inside the Game only.

3. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to its terms. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy.

4. Fair play

Cheating, tampering with game files, exploiting bugs or using software that modifies the Game is not allowed and may lead to loss of progress or of access to cloud services.

5. Ads

The Game contains third-party ads (Google AdMob). See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability and changes

We may update the Game, change its content or stop some services at any time. We do our best to protect your progress but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
